After confirmation by the Spa ,the therapist will pick you up from your room 10 min before your treatment. In case you are not a hotel resident guest, the Spa Therapist will pick you up at the Reception

ARRIVAL: We recommend you arrive at the Reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Spa treatments are more effective
when you take time to relax. Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, this time will be deducted from the treatment time in consideration to next guest.
SPA ETIQUETTE: Our Spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. In consideration of other guests, mobile phones and smoking are not permitted. Feel free to wear comfortable clothing, you may be asked to remove certain clothing but the most important thing is that you feel comfortable. The access to The Spa by those under 18 years old needs to be accompanied by an adult.
APPOINTMENTS AND RESERVATIONS: We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure your preferred time and service is available. Please advise the reception when making your booking if you are pregnant or if you suffer from any medical condition, injuries or allergies or if you have any special requests as some treatments may not be suitable for you.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY: Should the need to cancel arise, please let us know at least 6 hours prior to arrival to avoid the 100% cancellation charge.
GIFT VOUCHERS: Gift Vouchers are an ideal present for someone special for several occasions. Our team is happy to advise you. Gift vouchers are neither refundable nor combined with other promotions and must be presented at time of booking the treatment
