Each room has an A/C unit. Please adjust them to your comfort.

Anycast
All TVs are equipped with Anycast providing connectivity between your mobile and the television.
ATM Service
There is an ATM machine within 300m from the hotel.
Baby Concierge

Bed Linen and Towels
In order to reduce our environmental impact, the cleaning of bed linen and towels is done every third day and when there is an arrival and departure of new guests. According to your preference this service can be done daily, please contact the Front Desk.

Breakfast a la carte available in TERRACE – café bar and restaurant or for take away. For information regarding the menus please consult MyMartinhal.com.

Car Rental
Through our Front Desk staff, you may arrange a rent a car to be delivered at the Hotel.
Check-in
Check-in time is after 15h00.
Early check-in is based on the availability of your room.
Online check-in is also available through an email sent three days prior to arrival.
Check Out
Check-out is at 11h00.
Should you wish to stay on and make use of the facilities for the remainder of the day, we can open a Day Guest account for any further purchases. Should you require an extended check out time, please contact Reception in advance (fees applicable). For your convenience your account may be consulted in your TV and payment could be done online. Please contact the front desk for an online payment link.
Cleaning
The cleaning of your apartment is done daily between 09h00 and 17h00. Should you have a preferable cleaning time, please contact the reception.
Concierge
Our Concierge will be pleased to further help or advise you on any matter related to the hotel, location, activities, tours, or any other aspect that can make your holiday even more enjoyable. You may contact us through your apartment phone, WhatsApp, email or MyMartinhal.
Cot
Cots are available for our younger guests. Please contact Reception.

The power sockets in your room are 220V and the USB plugs are 5V.

Fire Procedure
Please familiarize yourself with the nearest fire exits and meeting point to your room. Details can be found behind the entrance door.
All apartments are also equipped with firefight equipment.

Located in mezzanine floor and available 24/7.
Hairdryer
A hairdryer is available in your bathroom.

Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet is available throughout the hotel, please connect to Martinhal Lisbon Oriente network with the password martinhal@guest. Should you have any difficulties with connecting, please contact our Family Concierge via WhatsApp.
Key Card and Entry
Your key card provides access to the lifts, to your room and allow charges across the hotel. Please do not forget to take your key card with you when you leave your room. If you lose your key, please notify our front desk so we can block your lost key.
Laundry
A washing machine is provided in your apartment for your convenience. If you would like some washing done during your stay by our Laundry team, simply place your items in the laundry bag provided (in the wardrobe draw) and contact Reception to collect it.
Lost & Found
All the found items are kept by the hotel according to the following structure:
Perishable: 24h
Non-valuable: 7days before disposal
Valuable: 6months
Please contact the reception in case of any lost or found items.
Luggage
You can store your luggage free of charge. Just ask at our reception. Martinhal Lisbon Oriente cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of guests’ belongings.
Mail Postage
We are happy to post your letters and postcards if they are stamped.
Stamps are available at the reception.
Newspaper
If you would like a morning newspaper, please contact Reception with your request.
Parking
Parking is available (fees applicable).
Personal Hygiene Items
At your disposal: Shampoo, shower gel, body cream, dental floss, Make-up remover discs, toilet bag, nail kit, cotton buds and a shower cap. If needed, you may ask the reception for the following additional amenities: shaving kit, comb, toothbrush and toothpaste.

Dogs allowed in the hotel following specific terms and conditions. Fees applicable.
Printing and Scanning
We are happy to help with printing and scanning service, please send the files to Family Concierge (concierge.oriente@martinhal.com) with instructions (fees applicable).

All menus are available in www.MyMartinhal.com and served as take-away or in room delivery (Charges applicable).
Safes
A safe is in your room. Please use this to always keep your valuable items safe.
How to program and operate the safe:
– Close the door of the safe, press “reset”.
– Chose a 4-digit code
– Press “Lock”
– To open the safe door please insert your code and the door will open.
Should you experience any problems or forget your code, please contact Reception. The Hotel cannot be held responsible for valuables left in the safe.
In the front desk there are also safe deposit boxes available.
Security
Our staff is available on-site 24 hours per day. Some premises are monitored by CCTV. Please contact our staff immediately if you notice any dangerous or suspicious situations.
Sewing Kit & Service
A sewing kit can be found in the amenities box of your bathroom. We are also very happy to carry out simple repairs for you within our own laundry department. Please contact the Front Desk for details.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors within Martinhal Lisbon Oriente.
Swimming Pool Towels
You may find pool towels next to the indoor swimming pool with our leisure team.

Should you require a taxi at any point during your stay, please contact the Front Desk. Please give as much notice as possible for this service.

Over 100 television channels are available for your entertainment.
The Tv’s are also equipped with Anycast providing connectivity between your mobile and the television.

Our VOYA organic bathroom toiletries are based on hand-harvested seaweed – designed to delight and purify your body, we hope you enjoy them!
