Indulge in an evening designed to indulge the senses, complemented by an elegante atmosphere and impeccable service. Celebrate Father’s Day with a refined three-course menu, crafted with dad-approved favourites, including:
Selection of Bread & Butter.

Starter: Braised tuna, passion fruit sauce, radish, sprouts and sesame seeds.

Main Course: Monkfish at low temperature, creamy rice with ginger and Kaffir lime and lime air OR Beef Tenderloin, Potato Gratin, Beef Ragu, Shiitake, Rosemary Jus, Crispy.

Dessert: Chocolate Entremet, Miso Caramel Sauce, Peanut Ice Cream
